Minole Consulting is a young company established in 2020, focusing on accounting, bookkeeping, and all other business segments essential to every entrepreneur. The business story began in 2005 with a small firm, and after 15 years of gathering various experiences and addressing challenges in the entrepreneurial sector, we identified gaps that needed to be transformed into strengths through quality work.

The founder of MINOLE CONSULTING, bacc.oec. Tihomir Šolčić, with extensive entrepreneurial experience, has a clear vision of how small entrepreneurs can grow into large ones. His primary goal is to elevate the quality of services provided by fostering a professional approach, assembling a skilled team, and offering diverse ideas and advice to promote growth and development for all clients and Minole Consulting itself.

We have modernized our complete range of services and continuously invest in developing new ones to simplify communication, document delivery, decision-making processes, and consulting, all aimed at greater stability and growth for our clients.
      The biggest advantage of our services is daily accounting, an excellent team, and a personalized approach to each client.
      Our market includes all legal and natural persons engaged in economic activities within Croatia. We also serve foreign investors planning to start a business in Croatia and Croatian companies planning to conduct business activities in the EU.
      We specialize in daily document processing, providing clients with access to daily business results. Each client has access to HR services, administration, and a financial director.
      In today’s fast-paced and dynamic business environment, it is crucial to stay up-to-date with timely information to make accurate and prompt business decisions.
      We specialize in maintaining business records using the online accounting program MINIMAX. Additionally, we use other accounting software as needed, such as SYNESIS, PHANTEON, and others.
      IT literacy is not a critical requirement for our clients because we provide training to accelerate document transfer processes.
      Document delivery ensures task efficiency. Therefore, we offer various solutions for document delivery, such as online folders, direct upload of documents into accounting programs, direct transfer of bank statements into accounting programs, or through other alternative platforms.
      Of course! Meetings can be arranged through various online channels such as TEAMS, ZOOM, or GOOGLE MEET.
